1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from www.art-of-m.com

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Fine Art Prints (as they are made to order), except in cases of damage or defect

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital downloads or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the damage along with your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation. We reserve the right to assess all claims before approving a refund.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refund Processing

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
